I have been very pleased with Zerorez. When scheduling an appointment the receptionist is friendly and very accommodating. The Technician calls prior to arriving within 30 minutes of the appointment. I appreciate the technician putting covers on his shoes before entering my house. After accessing the cleaning job the work is completed in a timely manner. I like the fact that Zeroez does not use harsh chemicals in the cleaning products.

A couple closets and the stairs were missed. I would have you come back out, but I think we are just going to replace the carpet so it's not worth my time to move things. There was still a lot of pet hair left which I had hoped would be gone with the carpet cleaning.

Not impressed with the technician that came out. He tried to make an easy job even more simple by not moving the small end tables next to the beds. He rushed through the job, and did not take the care to do good work like previous technicians have. Overall a disappointing experience.

What an amazing job Zerorez did on our carpets! They are old carpets but after they were cleaned they looked almost new again. I can highly recommend them!

Showing up for a scheduled appointment would be highly suggested. Although, they tried to make it better by offering a discount, the discount was very small for the fact that I sat at home all afternoon on a Saturday waiting for someone to show up.
I will continue to give it more time, but for what I paid for Saturday morning, 300+ dollars for pet treatment, it seemed as if he may have rushed through it. I left the house and when I came back less than an hour later, he was all packed up and already gone. Makes me wonder if the services were done as good as they would have been, had I been there, or if I was waayy over charged. For that price, I felt that there should have been more involved.

There is no chemical smell left behind. Our family is sensitive to chemicals and no one has had a reaction to this cleaning method.
