Hello,
I'm really not that happy with my carpet that Zerorez did. I had my Living room, Family room and small bedroom with a bed and dresser in it so not not that much carpet done. And then 4 small rugs. The rugs looked terrible. The cleaner only cleaned the middle and left the sides dirty. I called Zerorez and had them come back. The new cleaner also commented how bad they looked and did them again. I was highly disappointed the original cleaner was so careless he would think they looked acceptable and clean. So that made me wonder how well he actually cleaned my carpet. A month later and $239 later my carpet looks dull. I was told for $90 The cleaner would put on protection that would keep my carpet looking better longer so I paid the extra $90. What a waste of money. My carpet looks like it's not been cleaned already. The cleaning person told me soap is not used but a modified water is used which is better. I was really hoping for the price I would be much happier. Quite frankly I think Stanley Steamer did a better job and was cheaper. I will be putting this review on your website. Way too much money for what I got.
Tech told me it was $84 and invoice was higher than that. Do you clean your hose attachments? I dont have a cat but now i have white cat hair all over my carpet...my husband is highly allergic. I dont think I'm going to use your services again. I was very impressed first time and recommended you but this time my carpet doesnt seem that clean and smells like wet dog.

The technician was very friendly and helpful. However, the coffee in my carpet did not come completely out. Not sure all the reasons for that.
They arrived on time, were very careful with my furniture and the walls. My 13 year old white carpet was left looking like new and the whole house smelled fresh and clean.

Be clear and concise when a special is offered. We asked for 3 bedrooms, living room and hall for the $25 special. The technician informed us the hall was $33.That was not explained when I called to schedule the appointment. I thought it was the same price as the rooms.
