Thank you for your comments and your review. As we discussed on the phone, regular maintenance is required to maintain the carpet and keep it looking its best. We recommend cleaning and reprotecting the carpet at least once a year, along with frequent vacuuming with a good vacuum, in order for your carpet to remain in its best condition. Even with this maintenance, carpet will, over time, lose its appearance. This is due to wear of the carpet fibers, scratches and damage to the fibers themselves. This produces a dulling effect, and the carpet appears to be soiled. Once this happens, no amount of cleaning will be able to restore the carpet to a like new appearance.
Most often, when we get a complaint of this nature, the complaint is not really about the quality of the clean, but of the performance of the carpet. The performance problems are most often associated with lack of maintenance, such as vacuuming and professional cleaning.
As we discussed, we are happy to return and reclean the traffic areas at no charge. This cleaning must be completed within 30 days of the original cleaning. Please let us know when you are available for this re-service. Thank you!
The carpets are very clean, and the wood floors look like new now!
The price was more than originally quoted. The technician did not do a thorough job of cleaning. However, the manager said he will send someone to redo the work and refund the difference between the original estimate and the final bill.

We do take pride in our work, and it is not unusual for our customers to request additional services while we are at their houses. We believe this was the case in this situation, where what was discussed on the phone was added to by the person who let our technician into the home, and was, as far as we can tell, competent to make the decision to have additional services done.
As we discussed, we stand behind our work, and will absolutely return to clean, and a refund will be processed as soon as is expedient.

The level of clean was not adequate. I have a 3 yr old house. No pets, older kids, no shoes in house, no food on carpet- carpets only on stairs and bedrooms. Cleaning for routine wear and tear- There were a few stains in playroom from marker that did not come out. The couch looked terrible. I called and someone came out again. Marker gone from playroom.... why wasn’t it like this the first time. Carpets were decent but not amazing. On second cleaning couch looks better but not great. I think I’ll go back to traditional steam cleaning. Good service from techs and office staff. Very pleasant and helpful.
Curtis was thorough and wore booties, big plus for since I don’t allow shoes I doors. He answered my questions satisfactorily and J was and am happy with his performance.

We have had Sebastian as our technician since we switched to Zerorez. He offers detailed instructions on how to keep our carpet smelling fresh and how to deal with problem areas. He always takes the time to show how to use the carpet products and he is very conscientious of the care our carpet and home receives when he is in our home. We have recommended this company time and time again.

Each technician that has come to my home has been professional and helpful. I like that the carpet dries quickly. This time I had a really bad ink spot because my dog chewed a pen with liquid ink. They made an amazing difference!

We expected better based on your advertising. Most all of the reviews I read prior to choosing your service were positive.
NOT satisfied with the product: the absence of chemicals and solvents didn't seem to matter in the final analysis. There was no noticeable difference in our "before" and "after" results.
Resolution: Do NOT want a "do-over" as the effort to prepare our home for the cleaning process was great. A partial refund would be the only reasonable solution.
