I love the non-toxic nature of the products. My carpets look good afterward, although we really don’t have large stains, so I haven’t gotten to see how effective it can be. All the technicians have been extremely polite, knowledgeable, and interested in providing education about what they’re doing. Thanks Zack! Customer service for scheduling has been extremely helpful and have always responded super quickly. They’re we’re very accommodating with a last minute schedule change, which I really appreciated.
Sebastian has been to my home four times - after each visit my ancient carpets look almost new. Sebastain is very pleasant and a worker. He believes in doing the job right.

Your techs do a great job. This past month when I've needed techs to come several times, I noticed the techs were not giving me the same educating information. That would be something for management to address.
Sean was great- he was very professional and friendly. After he left, an old coffee stain wicked up through the carpet; we tried to clean it ourselves and just made it worse. Sean came back out and spent 45 minutes cleaning and drying the spot; he was able to make everything look like new again!

My carpet was pretty badly soiled. I paid the extra for the pretreatment. So far most of the stains haven’t reappeared but some have. It took over 24 hours for the carpet to dry. It felt sticky until it dries. For almost $300 I just expected a bit more. The technician was great though.

I'm very happy the equipment is a steam water extractor system. The person was very knowledgeable and gave me helpful suggestions.

I had very dirty carpet. All clean, but one spot actually looks bigger than before. Overall very pleased.

Get service very polite carpet care specialist. Carpets died quickly, cleaned wonderfully, great price and love the fact that it can get this clean and smell this good (we have a lot of pets), with no chemicals. Loved it would hire them again in a heartbeat.
From the phone call inquiry we made and then, the decision to schedule, we were met with professional, friendly but not pushy feedback. We must express how great the ladies who answer the phones were, so helpful and warm . The day of appointment was good and David was professional, informative as to ZeroRez and the plan for our work. We are very pleased with the way our carpets look and feel. We had never used ZeroRez before...but, we will be scheduling again with them in the future, for sure ! On time appointment. Knowledgeable employee. Went straight to work after explaining some of the finer points of the process. Carpets very clean after the process. Great employee!
I called the office this morning (Tuesday) and asked to speak to the manager. I was told he was in a meeting and would call me back. I told them I was not happy with the cleaning that was done on 5/25. I wanted the manager to come and look at the room that had been cleaned and then tell me if the carpet was clean. There were a number of spots that did not clean up and other spots that did not appear to be clean. It is now 3:30 pm and I have not received a callback. I expect that I should have heard from the manager by now. This kind of customer service is unacceptable to me.

My carpets looked great after they were cleaned!
You can give me my money back. First, the manager never called me as I was told he would do. The carpet was not clean in areas. When I was promised for a do over, I requested not to have the same technician. Not only did I have the same guy who argued with me, he went to my condos when he was supposed to come back to my house. I paid extra for some serious spot cleaning and as I thought, it wicked back up as it has done the last three cleanings. Waste of money. I should have not been talked into doing that process. I asked to just have the walkways cleaned in my living room and two bedrooms done. I have parts of my area rug in the walkways and he did not touch them. They are without a doubt part of the walkway and we’re dirty. I had heavy furniture covering most of the area rugs. I used my Bissel and went over the areas that the technician said he couldn’t get clean and it worked. I got them clean myself, even the spots he said was grease. I will not use Zerorez again and I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I have condos that are rentals that they’ve taken care of for a while. I plan to find a more reliable company that knows what they’re doing Name removed
