I have hard wood floors. I recommend that the technician brings with him/her cloth runners to protect the floors from scraping and drips from the hoses.
Next time I will insist on cloth runners and no exceptions.

Zerorex carpet cleaning did a great job on our carpet, Kyle was very professional and got right to it when he arrived. The carpet looks and feels as good as new. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.
Good service but expensive for the service I scheduled. I needed my couch cleaned, a few drops of dish detergent I couldn’t get out, no cushions or pillows. There is a mandatory $74 charge plus $15 environment fee. The technician was kind enough to clean the surrounding carpet and spot clean a small spot, which didn’t really need it since we just moved in. All in all good but pricey...maybe lower mandatory fee to $60 total? That seems more reasonable.

There was no noticeable smell to the carpet cleaner nor carpet fiber treatment spray. Despite no harsh chemicals, the cleaning was effective.

My carpet is always so very freshly cleaned, even the dog urine smell is completely gone, after the urine eliminator is used. My carpets always look new again after Zerorez has taken care of them. Thank you
In the beginning of our "standing appointments" to have our office carpet cleaned. Zerorez technician always showed up 20 minutes early. Since we have clients walking into our reception area until 5:30PM, this was not convenient. Our last two appointments our technician has been late. We cancelled the first "late" appointment, when our technician called us to notify us that he was running 40 minutes behind schedule. Our most recent appointment was scheduled for 6-21-18 at 5:15PM,our technician called to notify us that he was running 20 minutes behind schedule an would be arriving at 5:40PM. He did arrive at this time. Unfortunately, now my employer must also pay for 30 minutes of overtime since I had to wait, and then come back an hour and a half later to set the alarm.
The carpets always look great, once cleaned. The technicians always call us to notify us of their arrival time, and a appointments are always confirmed one day in advance.
