Friendly, efficient
I've used Zerorez twice in the last year and have been pleased with the service and quality of work. My carpets are not soaking wet after being cleaned and does not smell of chemicals either!
Your technicians are always pleasant, do their work, and seem to enjoy what they do.

Good people who give me an honest assessment and work hard. Yesterday Eric discovered a large area of grout that had not been filled in the shower ceiling. I was happy to know about it so I could get it repaired.
No chemicals, quick dry!
I like how the carpet feels after it's dried. Just soft. No crunchy feel like there is soap residue. Also the technician got a rusty stain from an old piano wheel or of the carpet. Impressive.
We've only used Zerorez (at least 3 times now, based on the radio ads on 670KBOI) since moving to Boise in 2011. We are SO pleased! From scheduling, to the technicians and their execution, it has been a wonderful experience. We always feel like our carpets are brand new, not crunchy or coated like other cleaning companies. Thank you so much, keep up the great work in our Treasure Valley, please. :-)

I like that my floors look and feel clean and you don’t use harsh chemicals or soaps that will leave my floors dirty within no time after being cleaned.

I used to have a spot that kept coming back, same place, after a cleaning. After Zerorez, the spot was gone and stayed gone. No chemical smell afterwards either.
Curtis did a great job! He explained the procedure and made recommendations. We are pleased with the way the carpets look and smell now.

How fast the carpet dries and the fact that there's no residue.
Fast service, quick dry time and courteous worker. Eric was helpful and informative.
I like the fact that you don't use any chemicals which makes a difference. Your technician Eric Buchholtz was prompt, courteous and efficient. Our only issue is that we wish you would have notified us up front about the option of applying scotch guard so we could have prepared better for the added cost.

The carpet tech said that our carpets would be dry in 8hrs. It took almost 28hrs. they were very wet.
