No smell, carpets came out very clean, and the technician was extremely helpful and professional.
The clean feel. The prior cleaning company left so much chemical behind the carpet was crispy.
Not to mention our tech was the friendliest and most professional individual I've had the pleasure of working with.

I was not impressed with the actual cleaning done. I appreciated the courteousness, the promptness, and the easy online scheduling. But when all was said and done, my loveseat didn't look cleaner than when they started. It seemed like the job was rushed. Disappointed because the customer service and scheduling was really great.
Outstanding. The Techs that were here explained everything and answered all my questions. The cleaning was outstanding. We had stains in our carpet that have been professionally cleaned in the past and the stains would not come out, but with your service the stains are gone.
The rug tech was very efficient explaining the system and going over the price with me, etc. He did a thorough job and was friendly too. The cleaning system did clean the rugs pretty well considering how dirty they were. This was done before we moved in to this new house. He also cleaned the stairs twice as they were so dirty. I did think calling the master closet a room was a bit far fetched so he agreed not to charge me another $30 dollars for it. All in all a good experience.
