They clean and work very well
Sean our technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. When he was finished, there was no heavy smell of carpet cleaning agents, just an odorless, clean air smell. Carpet looks and feels awesome-not crunchy, like we’ve experienced with other methods. Very competitively priced.
Communications and the technician were bot very good.
Could do a better job up-front setting expectations on the overall cost. Closets, stairs, hallways (whether small or not) median/large sized rooms all add to the cost and aren't real clear up-front.
This was the first time we used Zerorez and the person who cleaned our carpet was very helpful and personable and answered all our questions.
Overall I am happy with your work. Some of the stains are reappearing already and there was white residue on my center console. All in all my seats look lots better so thank you.

Really like that you don't use chemicals in your cleaning solution. The carpets smelled fresh and were really clean and soft! The technician did an awesome job! He was on time, and got to work right away. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly!
I was very impressed with Zerorez! I loved the online signup. I then thought your technician Larry Daniels went over and above in customer service; he was friendly and thoroughly explained about how Zerorez cleans without chemicals, he very satisfactorily answered my questions that I had thought of since my signup, he recommended the best regular care of a carpet to extend its life, he suggested but did not pressure me on possibly purchasing the fiber protector, he explained the order that he would use to clean upholstery and carpet sections, he inquired along the way whether I was satisfied with what he had done. The carpet and upholstery looks beautiful and our consciousness has been raised about walking on the carpet with dirty soled shoes and feet. I would 100% recommend Zerorez and have, in fact, to friends and family!
First time that I have ever had a professional come and clean my carpets, and I am super happy that Zerorez was who I called. They were super nice and professional, and they made sure that everything I wanted done was done. I will definitely be using Zerorez again!

Sean, the technician, was extremely polite, courteous, knowledgeable of his craft and attentive to keeping our home in great condition while bringing in his supplies. I think the pricing is spot on for the quality of the service. Our carpet which was puppy spoiled is back to "like new". I highly recommend them. Plus they gave my daughter a credit on her account for referring me.
Service guy was great!!!!! I though prices were a bit high for my area rugs, I guess one price no matter size and I had 3 runners and a little rug. Thought price was sq footage
