Probably more extraction on sofa job.
It was dingy before, but after being cleaned it actually appeared dirtier because it was splotchy and uneven. Areas that had stains were great... But the areas we didnt notice before look stained now.
Weve had upholstery cleaned before... Last time, it came out great, but the first time it looked splotchy so we kinda knew it could go either way but hoped for as good as last time.
The young man who came out it was on time officiant informative and quick everything took only a few hours and we’re very happy with the results

Very friendly prompt staff. I like his disposition and he was happy to answer any questions for me and wasn't in a hurry to get out of there. He really takes pride in his job and loves working with the company....
For the little time they put fans in to dry the carpet, its not nessesary. ditch the fans.! I still have one spot that he missed.. Other wise I like the service and will do it again next year.
Technician was on time and worked diligently to complete the job. Love how clean Zerorez leaves our carpets!
We expected a Quote of $65 for a small area that had pet scent. The agent's black light was inconsistent so he got on his knees to smell. Then quoted 3x that, maybe 4 gallons. We declined. We've used Zerorez quite frequently the past 10 years (possibly the only carpet service we've employed) and have enjoyed the professionalism. This time it was missing. He said he's only been doing this since April, and it showed.
The wood floors around the carpet were very dirty with spills and footprints from the carpet cleaning. Our stairs didn't come as clean as they did last time. The technician said it is wear on the carpet. Perhaps he's right. I just couldn't give you a high mark for this time. I'll use you again because the carpet was clean:) I just could not give you the highest rating or recommend you as I have in the past.

If not for him I would have cancelled but am glad I didn't. The tile our main concern came out better than we expected.
The issue was call center said cost would be from $329 To the most of $400. It ended up being almost $1100. Nick talked to his boss and got it down to $966. I would say the call center although being very pleasant have some issues.
The carpet area came out great with very little dampness. Also I could tell there was no soapy residue.

I was very pleased with the products used on my carpets. After they were dry and I walked on them with my bare feet they felt so soft and the fiber looked like new. I was very pleased with your technician, Larry, as he is very personable, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions
They were friendly, courteous, and professional. I recieved calls confirming my appointment and when the tech would arrive. They answered my questions concerning the protectant application and length of drying time. I plan on using thier services again...next year!

I heard about your company on KBOI. Zach was prompt, very professional and did a great job on our carpets and chair. They look great and I will use you company again. We are going to bring an area rug to your location for cleaning.
I was however not happy paying $100 to clean the chair. My wife wanted it done so I paid. I have friends who do construction. They tell me the change orders are where they make their extra money. The chair took less time than a room cleaning for which you charge $39 for KBOI listeners.

I like the results, plus the fact that no harsh chemicals are used in the cleaning process! We've used Zerorez for several years and we've always been happy with the technicians who came to our house...always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the product.

Easy to make an appointment on even a mobile device. Was even able to make an appointment for the next day instead of a long wait. Tech came out early since he had the time and was done fast. No problems at all and handled things great. Was even great with my two year old who was super curious about everything and wanted to help.

Kyle I was very professional and friendly. Even though I forgot to turn on the air-conditioning for him, he was very pleasant and understanding. He was also very conscientious about not damaging property. The yellow plastic protectors were awesome, because we had to put the hoses through a window.
On a 1 to 10, I give Kyle a 10.
