We have carpets that are over 25 years old and zerorez is the only company that gets them looking almost new again.

I love that Zerorez doesn’t use harsh chemicals. There were no odors, even after applying the carpet protector. The technician was very nice in explaining things I had concerns about (a difficult stain, matted traffic area, etc), he called before arriving, and was ahead of schedule. I would definitely use Zerorez again for future carpet cleaning and would have no problem referring them to friends or family.

I have always had excellent service but this time was especially outstanding. The technician who did the work took his time and did a thorough job and explained what he was doing and why.
The carpet was almost dry before he left and he got the majority of the stains out of our high traffic areas which is an accomplishment considering the age of our carpet.

your products eradicate extremely difficult stains. I appreciated the honest and friendly service I received. I also liked the respect shown when the technician used shoe covers before entering the house. I would definitely use Zeores again.

Zachary Richardson was professional, courteous and thorough. He did a great job explaining the process. Zerorez called me on a Tuesday and was able to schedule my cleaning for Friday afternoon. Great service and super nice employees!
I called the office to get a quote told her I had 17 vents and 2 returns.
She said 25.00 per vent or 20.00 if I remove vents
50.00 per returns quote $390.00 to 500.00
They came out and said 35.00 per vent and 30.00 if I remove vents
then 75.00 per return
I did have 17 vents but I had 4 returns but my bill was $834.00
WAY OFF QUOTE.

Zack was really nice and explained everything clearly. He arrived promptly and completed the carpet cleaning efficiently and thoroughly. The products he used worked well and even smelled good.

Quick easy affordable
Love that’s there’s no chemicals. Love that my carpets actually feel cleaner and softer. And I have obsessive cleaning disorder so my carpets are never really dirty. The tech really took his time and my carpets look refreshed!
