I loved that you use H2O and not chemicals. That I got a call before you arrived, that the gentleman who cleaned my carpet had great knowledge and he taught me about the care of my carpet and what he was going to do. Plus he had a great sense of humor that’s a bonus for me. I will definitely tell my friends and family about your services!

I was really excited to try you out, but I don't feel like you did that great of a job. I still have spots on my carpets and they don't feel that clean. The pet spots you treated also still smell. Not that impressed.
Do not leave so many electric cords in the hallway. They are a danger to our residents.
You guys were quick to respond, provide a quote and set up my cleaning. You also did it on a Saturday without charging extra. I emailed 3 other commercial cleaning company and no one has even responded in the time it took you to get the job done. Thank you!

Our technician Robbie was exceptional. He was very personable, polite and explained everything that he was going to do. He was willing to listen to me and was able to do an extra room and work successfully on removing a troublesome spot in another room. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and plan to use them in the future.
