I appreciated them handling their scheduling faux pas with speed and professionalism. Also, I was scheduled to have an odor treatment for my carpet....while discussing it with the tech just before cleaning he recommended an alternate treatment that would better handle my concern. Thank you for not wasting my money!

Heather is aware. I have an email confirmation for 5:00 pm, not a 3 hour window, 5:00 pm. Didn’t hear anything till 6:00, they showed up at 6:45. They did a good job, but I felt they may have been in a rush. They left at 8:00 pm.

Wool carpet steps did not dry for 36 hours which means I guess the water did not get totally pulled out??? Also your system , tho wonderfully scent and chemical free, left a spot where lotion had been spilled earlier and pulled several other stains to the top. The wool carpet is old but the spots I believe should have come out?? Maybe not?? It smells clean and I am sure it is much cleaner. Just not sure because Certified used to get the wool carpet more perked but also they spent 2 to three hours doing it. Hope this helps you.

There were a few spots that still needed cleaned and a stain left permanently on the lab floor. However, Dave came out to check things and made sure the job was done. The reason it’s not a 10 is because the stain and the office smelled mildewy this morning.
Great guy and carpets look great. Used in Colorado and now in Idaho. Dog on the van is awesome too. :)
Customer service
The pricing was a surprise. Too many fees and the ad originally said $39/room. I was charged the advertised price, but then was also charged $65/room for a regular shampoo. Which no chemicals were used for the "shampoo", just water, for $65 dollars, plus the $39, for water. Hmmmm??? Maybe the pricing needs to change?
However, besides that, I was very impressed with the technician. He was very knowledgeable on the topic. He took his time to explain all my questions and did a really great job.
Appreciate the black light, but it's really scary to see that on your floor. Keep it though, really shows what's on your carpet!!

I really appreciate the level of professionalism Zero Rez has. Every technician that has entered my house are always very friendly and finishes the job great! I love that my carpets look and smell clean without all the harsh chemicals and no residue is left behind. I have used other companies in the past and all I get is carpets look good while they are drying but after stain reappears and the carpets are stiff.
I will definitely recommend to any friend, family, or colleague.
We have a puppy and zerorez took the pet odor out of our carpet. I highly recommend them!
