Minimal chemicals used and fast drying time

The carpet is very clean but was a little crunchy. Not sure why because I haven't had that issue before. But still very clean and looks great.

Nick Jones's customer service was great. Offered different processes and costs, did a soil test and just generally did a good job. He is very polite and courteous. Communicated process very well. Even my difficult husband was impressed. I have already recommended Zerorez to a friend.

Guy showed up 2 hours late and I had picked that specific time frame Because of my busy schedule. He hurried but it still made me late.
