I am a repeat customer of Zeroez in Boise and will continue also! They have the BEST customer service (super important in any business) and they do a fantastic job as well! Eric was our guy who cleaned our couches and love seat as if they were brand new! Eric took his time and really did an amazing job!
They can schedule you quickly and they are on time, and very thorough in there work!!
When I called in I mentioned I needed under the beds cleaned also and was told not a problem. The tech. Said that he could not do it. Very disappointed. The tech. Did a good job other than that.

Too expensive and you really need to send well-trained people. I believe I was overcharged for my service. I was charged for my carpet as If were for two rooms of carpet and I only have one room of carpet. $216 for three rooms in a 14' by 60' trailer is way too much. Last time it was $99 for the same service I liked the outcome and the service man was very polite and thorough, but I think he may not have been trained thoroughly. I will have to look for another provider next time.

The representative that came out was thoroughly professional and educational in the knowledge of the product and the cleaning products that could be purchased. My carpet feels so soft without that crunchy feel after other cleaners have applied their product.
