Re-service on our sofa couch by Nadir and Larry in restoring the material covering to it's almost original appearance was appreciated. The first cleaning process left lines and dark spots on the material; their hard work in brushing out the cleaning defects produced excellent results. Kudos to both for their extra effort and for a job well done!
Should have a chemical that will completely neutralize pet urine as in discoloration and smell.
I have round some in stores that can be used and now use successfully as long as I can find it.

We do have a very efficient way of helping to removing pet stains and odors, however it does require additional cost, as our technician did go over with you before the cleaning. This treatment is non-chemical, as this is a large part of who we are. We are a no chemical and no residue company. We have been in contact and thank you again for your feedback.
I love that the techs are on-time, respectful of our home and get the work done well but quickly. I love the results too. My 20+ year old carpets look new!

They really work, always looks good after, but never had tile done before, had the sealant put on kitchen portion, just would have been nice to be warned before doing it that you can't walk on it for 4 hrs...thanks, you're great
Everything was explained to me in detail and they didn’t do any extra services without my authorization. The men that cleaned my carpets were friendly and well groomed. They did an excellent job and I felt like my carpets looked exceptional when they were done. It didn’t take a really long time for my carpets to dry and it smelled great!
I would like to see the arrival window a little smaller but I was happy with the service - the service technician was very friendly and efficient. Thanks
We are very pleased with our cleaning from Zerorez. Larry and Kyle were so nice and did an amazing job! They arrived on time and were very clear about what needed to be done. They were available on short not ice for when we needed them, moving to a new home. The car pets looked gr eat and the cost was veyr reasonalb.e

I have spots that appeared on my carpet that that I asked about but was told that even if he gave them special treatment he doubted they would come out. I felt after he told me that, it would be a mistake to spend more money cleaning. The fellow before who cleaned my carpet told me that he would clean the spots at a cost and he thought for sure they would come out and I was willing to pay extra to have it done. I was quite pleased with my carpet then and that was the reason I called you again because it turned out so nicely.
Also, they fellow before moved my sofa and cleaned under it, put it pack with protection under the legs - same with a table. This fellow was nice enough but not nearly as helpful. The other fellow cleaned the fabric on my kitchen chairs by just brushing - and I am sure he didn't use expensive stuff to clean them. This fellow asked for $30 a chair or a minimum of $20 but seemed seemed hesitant at that. Before, I don't think the man asked for not nearly that much although I understand it did not appear on the invoice. Maybe this is your usual charge, but very, very expensive for what they are. I don't feel there is enough fabric on the chairs to warrant that.
I was told I would receive a receipt by e-mail. Unless I somehow missed it, I haven't recieved it. I guess I am just disappointed this time as I worked hard to have every thing moved, clean, and ready - except that sofa and table - but have one spot especially that is very embarrassing to me - A pet spot in the middle of my room. I also had cleaned this spot, but not good enough I guess. I had cleaned most all the other ones, but missed grease spots. I know a small red medicine spot was there there - it did not fully come out and thats okay. Also, pet spots I had cleaned earlier do not show either.
As I said before, the man who was here was very personable and nice. I am sure he felt he did a good job - and he did - except for the above. I was so pleased with the previous fellow that in the past I have recommended you to others, but this time, I just am not as pleased as before. Perhaps he was trying to save me money - I don't know. I do not want him to get into trouble - when he first came he spent time explaining things I didn't know such as why I have black along the edges if the carpet against the wall and why it won't come out and what wear to the carpet show, and about spots - but still I feel on certain spots, they could have been cleaned because such spots were the last time you were here.

Our Technician did a great job.
My arrival window was between 2 and 5...they arrived at 135! After calling to make sure it was okay first. Extra work was put into my carpets to make them as clean as possible. Great job and would definitely use again!
Scheduling and follow-up was impressive! The product worked great. The information provided was clear. The technician didn’t look like a criminal which can happen. The tech was professional in his work and seemed to love what he does. Couldn’t ask for more.
