I was happy to be able to get an appointment so soon after I initially called to inquire. However, when I discussed the treatment options with the tech, he added a pet treatment which he said was enzymatic. He gave me a discount and only used on of them because it was a small area, but made me sign a waiver. This was alarming to me because its basically permission to not do a good enough job because I didn't buy all that he recommended. So $156 later I find that superficial stains were left on my carpet that were there before. If these didn't come out I don't know how Zerorez could actually treat the pet issues I was getting the cleaning for in the first place. So after calling back and having him come back out, I really felt like he did as little as possible, reinforced that if I had bought the whole treatment that the outcome would have been better, but even then there was no guarantee. So I guess there is no accountability? Then I purchased an enzyme treatment (which I was confused about because I thought Id already bought this) for $35 dollars. I was recommended to zerorez by a friend, but I am really disappointed because I feel I would have had the same outcome if I used my $70 Bissell shampooer and natures miracle. My carpets did not look or smell like they were professionally cleaned. So $191 later, I am not much better than I started out.

Guy wasn't too excited to move furniture with me. Still, super nice guy, carpets look great, gave us some good education on maintenance.

Carpet turned out great . When my carpet was done The gentleman tell me you would take 6 hours to dry and it was dry and 6 hours I am really happy with the way my carpets turned out I would recommend zerorez To everyone I know
It was an awesome experience. My carpets are almost like new! I will be using Zerorez & specifically David Ford again. David was very professional & thoroughly explained everything that he was doing as he did it. I'm more than satisfied with Zerorez!
The technician called when he was 25 minutes away and arrived in the early part of the service window. He wore paper booties the entire time that he was in the house. He reviewed the order with me before he started. He worked very efficiently and protected all the corners and furniture when the hoses came in contact with them. He put styrofoam blocks under the chairs that remained in the room and he started dryers as soon as was finished with a room. The carpets looked great when he was done.

Zerorez gets my carpets very clean. In the past, when I’ve used other carpet cleaners, the dirty spots have come back within a week. With Zerorez the spots stay gone.

My small stains became giant stains by the time the technician left.Stains I didn't know I had.because they did not show before, are now visible. Just wasn't impressed this time, Sorry.

Total came in $10 higher than the quoted cost. I was provided a range for the quote, and was told the reason for the range was if I wanted protector applied. The tech sprayed the protector in the main entry hall only and told me it was $70....$70 to spay some protectant in less than 40/square feet??? I’m not sure if they applied protectant to all areas, but I did not want or ask for protectant in the other areas. Honestly I think the tech just pulled $70 out of his behind....
