The tech that came did not spend any time on the floors, he was rude and it felt like he just didn’t want to be there. My mom lives with me and she is elderly, she asked or tried to ask several questions and he would not take the time to explain anything.
My technician, Zach S., did an outstanding job! He was on time, very polite and made sure that I was satisfied with the products and services.

I love Zerorez! The technician was professional but friendly. He got straight to work and did a great job. He sort of undersold the results ;) but I appreciate him not wanting us to expect more to just be let down. It made me even happier with the results we got in the end!

The tech is always courteous, timely, and efficient!! They do a great job and will discuss other areas you may want done at a later time, like hard floors, granite, etc.
