The representative that came to do the cleaning was extremely nice very professional and thorough. While I suspect the cleaning was done as it should have been even with the additional pet treatment, it is unfortunate that it appears to have not worked, The room still smells like dog urine.

Larry was very informative about the process and a very pleasant person! My carpet looks totally different and there was no after-smell to deal with. The company and Larry stayed in touch regarding his timeline for arrival. He was efficient and I wish I could have seen the dirty water afterwards - well, maybe not.
