results were great! it took a little longer than I expected
The people at ZeroRez are very professional and friendly. The guy who came to the house to clean the carpets was great - he arrived on time and he cleaned the carpets thoroughly.
You don't use soap! And you go out of the way to please your customers. That keeps me coming back Everytime! 😊
The stairs were wet 2 days after being cleaned, and they smell. The other areas dried after about 10 hours with fans blowing on them constantly. I did appreciate that the salesperson took care not to damage our walls, and didn't try to upsell us.
The guy that came out was great, but I was disappointed with the product. A fresh coffee stain didn’t come out and the carpets got crunchy and took close to over night to dry.

Impressions were still left in carpet from where previous furniture was. Other steam cleaners in the past have always been able to remove previous furniture impressions. Dry time this time of year was up to 8 hours, not much different from traditional cleaners that seem to do a better deeper cleaning. Also, it only took them approx. 1 hour to do the 1200sf 2 bedroom townhouse. The cost was overpriced as well.
Dave was on time, very competent and gave good advise on carpet care and we were very pleased with the service.

This was my first experience with your company. It was a good first experience. My technician was so knowledgeable and worked so quickly. It would have been easier for me to have a written invoice where the upsale item (fiber protectant) could have been noted rather than me trying to remember the details to share with my husband.
