Dave was very nice. He did a great job even my tea stain came out. He put things under all of my tables and chairs to prevent stains. I shall use the company again!.
The carpets looked great afterwards, even the older light colored carpet looks much newer and stain free. The price was reasonable for the quality of work preformed. I would use them again and highly recommend this company.

I'm glad that I was able to get in fairly soon. Seems like a lot of times carpet cleaners can be booked out for weeks. Maybe I just booked at an off time.

I liked everything about your product and service except the price. I think $90 to clean up one area where a soda spilled is a bit excessive. But we were getting ready for a party we were having the next day, so needed it done immediately and you guys were able to do it quickly and did a great job! The spill is completely gone and it was dry when he said it would be. Thank you.
Thank you for your review! Yes, $91 is expensive for one spot, but that is our minimum service charge. So, don't worry, when we come back for the deep clean of the rest of your store, the price will be much more in line with what you would expect!

I called to take advantage of the $25 per room special you had going at the end of January. When the technician came to do the job, those three rooms ended up costing me $220! That is a long way from $75!!!
I was told by the person I booked the appointment with that there would be an additional $60 charge if you needed to clean pet urine, which I knew would be needed in one of the rooms, so at the most, I was counting on $135 for the appointment. I was very disappointed and felt taken advantage of by your company.
I will not use you again, nor will I recommend you to anyone I know.
Thank you for your review, and for your feedback. I'm sorry you felt taken advantage of- that is never our goal or desire. We do try very hard to be as up front as possible with the costs, and are very careful to provide minimum and maximum pricing. We also try to have cost estimates, especially for pet urine and odors, written into our literature and emails. The range we always give for that service is $65 to $1000 or more, depending on the severity of the soiling. Unfortunately, we can't see, smell, or test the areas of concern over the phone, and so require an onsite consultation. The quote we give over the phone is strictly a sight unseen estimate, and is given in ranges, and we make those ranges large on purpose.
Again, I am sorry for any misunderstanding we had over the phone. I am happy to hear, though, that your carpet cleaning was good, and that you are satisfied with the actual clean itself, and that the pet odors were effectively removed.
Two of us got colds the next day. I think that the debris that was kicked up triggered it. It would have been nice to be informed about that before so I could have planned to be out of the house longer.
Nick worked hard to make our experience positive. He was open and invited questions about the cleaning process since this was our first experience with this company.We would use this company again and would invte Nick back!

I like the fact that you do not use soap.
I had purchased new living room furniture and removed the old furniture only to find out that my carpet was in bad shape. I needed the carpets cleaned ASAP. I called Zerorez on Thursday to see if they could get it done tomorrow (Friday) as my new furniture was being delivered on Sunday afternoon. Zerorez put me on the schedule and got my carpets cleaned and looking new before my new furniture arrived. Job well done.

NOT disappointed...at all. Nick did another good job. What you asked is IF I would RECOMMEND Zerorez. It is typically NOT what I do...so I estimated giving a recommend would be, at best, a 40% chance.

The carpet cleaning does not leave a residue. Everything smells fresh and feels clean.
