Your service is very good but. I am perplexed by your extraction process. This complaint includes the last three times Zero Res has cleaned my carpets and includes three different technicians. The carpets are generally left much wetter than if I clean them myself with my own Hoover machine. There is huge variation from room to room. One room can dry in two hours and a similar room that was less soiled can take 16 hours to fully dry. I am not sure of the reasons for this. Perhaps too large of an area was ptetreated. I am not sure of the reasons. This has been my complaint with virtually every professional carpet cleaning and is one of the main reason I clean the carpets myself when I have the time. The professionals are much faster than me but the results are no better. This last cleaning was quite effective on these 19 year old carpets but there have been times I followed professionals to further clean the soiled and high traffic areas. I realize hard cleaning can soak into the pad. We had two standard Poodles for many years. I have cleaned various problems with sick dogs. I forget the name at this time; but, the easily most effective cleaning solution is no longer manufactured. It was Dexter or something like that. At this point I sound like just another old man. I guess I am.

The price was higher than competitors
From my initial contact with Zerorez through when the technician finished the job, the entire experience was very professional. The appointment time was prompt. The technician explained every step of the process, made great recommendations, and was very pleasant. Every carpet in my entire house is super clean and exceeded my expectations. Great company!
Person cleaning was very efficient and did a super job. He called to let me know time he would be arriving.

I know it is expensive to finish up but my dog get separation anxiety bad.
First of all, I was charged $112 for two rooms and a hallway. He told my husband it would only be $75. The tech only did one room 1/4 of another and a small hallway, was in and out within 35 minutes. That is evidence the areas are small.
I was able to get over the cost...if the job was well done. Two weeks later, the carpets are still spotted, the 1/4 of a room has some kind of residue which may be because of my personal cleaning efforts, but the tech couldn’t even clean that.
We’ve used ZeroRez a number of times, as has my mom, my sister and brother. Thus has been the most disappointing cleaning.
And to make matters worse...the techs were vaping while working.
The representative was on time for the appointment. He was very thorough going through the rooms that I had requested to be cleaned. He explained each step of the cleaning process and if extra treatments needed to be done but didn’t force me into doing those treatments. I would have your company clean my carpets again in the future.
There was glue residue from plastic out in the carpet during a remodeling project. It continued to create a dark path in the carpet.
