Aiden was very nice and professional. He did a thorough and efficient job on my carpets, loveseats and wool area rugs. He arrived on the agreed time ready to go to work.
Friendly service
After the first attempt in Saturday to perform my services, Zerorez had another technician return Monday evening. Only minutes after he started, his water hose exploded sending 165 degree water all over my kitchen, carpet and garage. My throw rugs are still wet & some items in the garage were soaked & warped. I had a pretty poor experience overall and it truly wound up being more of an inconvenience than anything.

Timelines and thorough cleaning.
The results of my services were far less than what expected. I spent a great deal of time clearing countertops & preparing for my grout & tile to be cleaned but my service person completely forgot to perform the service. And there was no attention to detail on my bathroom floors like corners missed and mediocre results. I took advantage of a 40% off special but still paid a considerable amount of money for services I could have done myself. Very disappointed. I did however, appreciate the quick response to my phone call to request the servicemen return to complete the job.

Really freshens up carpet and gets rid of stains in high traffic areas. No strange smells when we get home and everything thing is pretty much dry.
For the most part we were satisfied with the results. However, while one person on the crew wore the shoe covers while in the house, one did not. As our shoes were clearly placed near the front door it should have been obvious we do not wear our shoes in the house. This was of no concern while the carpet was in the process of being cleaned, but when retrieving the fans we would have appreciated the courtesy. The worst possible time for the carpet to be walked on with dirty shoes was just after the cleaning while it is still very wet. My thought was, I just paid to have the carpet cleaned, and they've already soiled it.
