Fast and efficient
They were able to get Duct tape sticky off where it had been laid in a doorway to cover a cord. They got out an aluminum stain from a pie plate under a plant, rust. My carpet is 13 years old and the nap is raised, it looks wonderful. I don't usually give comments but they really deserve it!

Both the person I spoke to via phone when I set up my appointment and the technician who cleaned my carpets and upholstered furniture were friendly, respectful and professional. All my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. I had no problem adding my upholstered furniture to my original appointment for carpet cleaning
The technician who did the actual cleaning was courteous as we did a walk-through and I explained what I wanted cleaned. He was able to provide me with a quote for cleaning my upholstered furniture, and he cheerfully agreed to not count my VERY small hallway as a room when calculating the price for cleaning the carpets.
After the initial cleaning, there were some strange stripes on my light colored living room carpet. When I called, the person who answered the phone had a positive attitude as she listened to my concern, and she promptly scheduled the technician who had originally cleaned my carpets to come for a follow-up cleaning.
When the technician arrived, he immediately saw the areas I was concerned about, and he re-cleaned all of the traffic areas in the living room where the stripes had been. Now, all my carpets and furniture are beautifully clean. They almost look brand new, and they were installed over 15 years ago.
I will definitely call Zerorez again when I need my carpets or furniture cleaned.

I feel that I was over charged for what I received. I had only minimal traffic areas done in 2 of the 4 rooms and was charged for entire room rates.
Upselling is annoying. I understand why you do it, but still, annoying. A perfect visit would involve no upselling.

Nick did a fantastic job. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He really went the exrra mile to make sure I was taken care of. The carpet looks amazing. Every stain came out. He knows a lot about different ttpes of stains and how to get them out. I will be letting people know to use Zerorez 100%.
