Everything was great from the ease of scheduling through the service. The carpets look great!

Your professional who came and did the wonderful cleaning of our kitchen chairs and recliner. He came, made sure he wore shoe protection, diligently worked to remove all stains, yet could not get all out. He pointed them out to us. We are very pleased with what he did.

Your service guys were on time (actually early); put on protective shoe booties, covered all exposed corners to prevent damage and did a very thorough job.

There was staining water marks that looked like puddles of water were left on the hardwood area. They cleaned up ok but was pretty disappointed when i saw that.

We originally contacted Zerorez under the recommendation of Dillabaugh the place where we purchased carpet. We had a stain made from jello. The carpet cleaner was unable to remove the stain completely, but we were still charged $150.00. The stain removed they used, zerorez stain oxidizer took four days to dry up and after it dried it left an awful smell (like vomiting). I also asked if they gave military discount and the young man said it would be 5%, I as never given the discount. I ended up paying $348.00. I was quoted between $132 and $198. I was told it took longer with the stain than they thought and they charged by the hour.

No chemical smell, and the carpets were left clean and fluffy.

On time, professional, personable and quote did not vary.
