Be more consistent with your pricing. We have used your service for three years with our cleaning areas remaining the same for each year. Between year one and two, the price increased $10.70. However this year the quoted price was a $68 increase. We questioned Austin about the HUGE increase and he dropped it $30, which is still $38 increase over last year. Can you explain this? Any further increase will discourage us from using your service.

Sebastian was pleasant starting with his 8:45 a.m. call until he completed the job two hours later after cleaning five rooms and a hall. He took time to have me check out the difference in our carpeting between where he had cleaned and not cleaned. A noticeable change. Even though it was a rainy day, the carpet was dry in just a few hours and we are enjoying the look and feel of a very clean rug. Thank you Zerorez and Sebastian.
