Your technician was super professional and very capable. He was friendly and did a great job.
We only ran into a couple of issues, none of which I deem to be the technician's fault. When the technician called to tell me she was having a hard time finding our house, we figured out that in your system our address was put in under Boise instead of Caldwell. This lead to having to wait another hour for her to get out to us as she was on the East side of Boise. When she did get there, she was very kind and apologetic for the mix up, she went right into setting up and walking through the problem areas in the house with me. I asked her if I had to stay for the cleaning and she said I didn't. I then left to go run a couple of errands. About ten minutes after I left she called me and said that she was having problems with the van and had her supervisor come out to take a look at it. This led to her having to go back to their shop, which is 45 minutes away, to get another van, and then drive another 45 minutes back out to us in Caldwell. When all was said and done I was very pleased with the service that Jamie provided for us. The carpets look great, we had her do the pet treatment, which reduced the smell from our dogs. She was very kind and kept in contact with me during the whole process. If I were just rating Jamie, I would definitely give her a 10/10. However, it was frustrating having to deal with the wait time due to a simple error that should have been double checked and failing equipment.
They are well versed in the special techniques required for cleaning wool carpet. Very polite and professional employees. No high pressure or up selling but rather a cooperative, thoughtful customer centered approach. Sebastian is very thorough and professional.

I called and was given a time the next week. Technicians came during the time stated. We had just gotten a new puppy and had several pet stains. All the stains are gone and my carpets look great.
John kept me up to date with his arrival time.
He offered to let me watch and it was fun seeing the difference between the clean and dirty carpet- made the cleaning feel more worthwhile.
He was slow and methodical. Overlapping very well and wanted to do a good job- not just be done with the job.
He asked very good questions. Was the first to ask what type of material was used in the area rug so he could adjust the temperature appropriately.
