It's hard to know whether or not another carpet cleaning system could possibly do a better job, but I have been happy with Zerorez. Although their pricing does range in the higher end of carpet cleaning companies around town, they are very friendly, punctual, and professional. I do like the final outcome.

I’ve used your carpet cleaning and protection product. I first used Zeroez a year ago. My carpet still looked great before I just had it done again. I love that I can walk on my carpet right after it’s cleaned. Smells good too. The carpet techs were great. Friendly, professional and did an awesome job.

We ended up with two dark colored marks on our master bedroom carpet that were not there prior to the cleaning.

Your price increase is noticable and got my wife's attention. Also sn area that was previously included (a small Central hallway) is now abeing added on top of our previous four room price. So the quote via phone based on previous work is now incorrect and the difference is significant.

The tech also forgot to top off our powered water spray bottle. So I'm sensing you're having growing pains and this is a bit of a heads up.

I understand a company with a high quality product realizing their high demand can allow for a certain percentage of less profitable customers to fall off but don't swinging too far too fast or you'll lose the stellar reputation you've achieved to date. Additionally word of mouth will continue to slide.

Vacuum the parimutuel of the room. Tech didn’t want to bump walls or wood work which I appreciate but there was debris all around edges of carpet! Was wet for two days! Even with AC on. Tech was very nice and respectful

The residual chemical smell was overpowering for hours.
The carpets took over 6 hours to dry!

Love the fact there are no chemicals, just sound technology to get carpet clean. The tech called well in advance to firm up the ETA, which he was spot on, know what he was doing and was very professional. He also explained benefits of some other services which I also took advantage of to extend the fresh look of the new clean.
