The young lady that serviced our carpets was very thorough and complete with explaining exactly what she was going to do, and then what she did do afterwards. The other thing I like about Zerorez is how fast the carpets dry out so you can move furniture back in. The carpet pretty much looks like new after this last treatment.
I was not pleased with the customer service I received. The technician was not willing to help resolve an issue created by his previous treatment in one specific room in the house. After an argument, he agreed to re-clean the area and it is still in bad shape. I don't want to call and have it fixed because I have little confidence in the ability of the technician to correct the problem and his problem resolution and customers service skills need work. I would like the issue corrected in a timely and courteous way but I'm not sure this company will do that.
Fast clean and took time to protect wall corners from hose catching or dragging on them. Friendly and chatty too

I have Zerorez clean both my House and RV carpets. They always look wonderful. The RV has quite light colored carpet and any stains have been removed and do not come back as in many other cleanings. They are prompt and nice folks to work with.

The tech was super nice, but the smell I had originally called to get taken out is still there unfortunately.

Matt was friendly and professional, a pleasure to work with. The cleaning was excellent. Matt even managed to make presentable one carpet with a lot of ground-in dirt. We were also pleased that he came early in the time window.

You are pretty expensive -I’ve never paid this much for a carpet cleaning before. I will recommend your company but will explain that it’s very very expensive!
