I like the professional attention to cleaning my floors. They smelled good when the work was done. The man asked me if it was done to my satisfaction on a scale of 1 to 10. I gave him an 11. I have already told several people about the good job.
I was shocked at the price. I was quoted 200 dollars at the most on the phone. It turned out to be 483 dollars. I understand that I had more of a problem than I realized and my technician was very helpful in explaining it all. Maybe there would be some way for the phone quotes to be more accurate. My carpets are very damp even after 24 hours. My carpets are clean so for the most part I am happy.
Thank you for your comments. We certainly don't want to shock our customers with the price of the cleaning, which is why we give a large range when estimating over the phone. Typically for a normal estimate we will give a $60 range on the carpet itself, and then an estimate of between $65 and $1000 or more for pet treatments. While it is rare that we have to charge $1000 for pet urine spots, it does occasionally happen, which we can't tell until we actually show up and inspect the carpet. I know this isn't the most accurate way of getting a price across, but we do try to help you understand the potential costs prior to scheduling the appointment.

The rep & cleaning were both great. We did discover a significant gash in the wall after he left which is disappointing and the reason for a 9 instead of 10.
The technician broke a light fixture. In exchange he wanted and did apply a protection to the hall way in an apology. I am not sure that is going to be a fair exchange, especially if I cannot find the glass to replace it. It was pretty chaotic at our house when I arrived and I just told him to go ahead and apply it. I did accommodate his early arrival by having my daughter meet him here as I tried to get home with grand children in toe. As a result my arriving and his accident all became a lot at that moment. Friendly staff, prompt service, excellent job. We had a serious pet odor problem and were afraid the carpet would have to be replaced, but ZeroRez was able to get it clean and deodorized.
