My technician was an hour late for my 8:30 am appt. Better communication would have been better that appt time from 8:30-11am is not meaning my technician will arrive any time during that time.
The technician was thorough in his explanation of the process they use to clean, what services he suggests based on your needs, and the cleaning process keeps my carpets under warranty.
The quick drying time is a huge plus! Scheduling was easy and in the time frame I needed.

I like the way my carpets look and feel after the cleaning. I have always liked the technician except the last time. I don't want Tristin back. He left the stairs so wet it took a couple of days to be able to walk on them. He helped me move a piece of furniture that had a plant on it. The plant fell off and spread dirt on the newly cleaned carpet. He said that it wasn't his fault and if the dirt didn't come up after it dried he would only charge me $40.00 to come back and clean it.I didn't feel like he did a great job and he was slow.

Dave was very thorough and explained everything as he went through the process. I was amazed at how well the carpet turned out after pet urine stains from former tenants. I have tried other carpet cleaning companies and this is the best outcome I have had. Thank you!
It’s all natural which is great if you are allergic to many chemicals. Carpets looked great after they were done.

When I was quoted a price I was not told about the $15 environmental fee. The young man did a good job, but appeared to be new, and didn’t volunteer all of info unless asked. We were satisfied overall

Overall things were fine. Bit bigger wet spot on floor left from couch cleaning than I would have expected. That possibly could have been cleaned up after better.
