How well it cleaned my carpets

They are natural, there is no chemical residue or yucky smell when they are finished. Just fresh clean carpet.

My carpets look great!

carpets were not crunchy when they dried

The carpet had a crunchy feel to it-like there was a residue left on it. The cleaner was pushy with the protectant. I didn’t want it but he was so pushy i ended up getting it.

I am a repeat customer because I feel you do a great job and my carpets look great after they have been cleaned. When I did have a problem you took immediate care of it. I have recommended you to all my neighbors and friends. Your employee are always friendly and very helpful.

We’ve used Zerorez before and the results are great. I wasn’t happy this time because we called in and requested a certain number of rooms and was quoted a price. When the Rep. got to our house one room was missing from his list. It was just frustrating to pay more than I had planned on paying.
He did a great job on our carpets so no complaints there.
