We got the basic cleaning service for carpets in a house we were moving out of. For the basic cleaning service we feel the value is really there. The person doing the cleaning was extremely friendly, helpful and informative.
The people who came to service us at 533 N Carswell Way were great, very friendly and informative. The only complaint we have is that we think the hardwood floor cleaning was not worth the cost and left a white residue on the floor.
There is no residue or smell and the techs are professional and careful around furniture.
Cost. Definitely on the higher end of pricing. Probably won’t use again because of how expensive.
The technicians, Dave & Sebastian, are very pleasant & helped me with decisions about the areas they serviced! Calling in for an appointment is hassle free & they are happy to help!

Carpets look great and my technician was awesome! I felt very comfortable with the whole process.
I have used Zerorez in the past and always felt they did a great job. However this time I think being the last job of the day for John and it was late in the evening I feel obvious spots were missed and my carpets in high traffic areas don't appear as clean as in the past.
My technician was very polite and thorough.

The first time I had ZeroRez out to clean carpets, I was really pleased. However, the second time I was really disappointed. The high traffic areas don’t seem like they were cleaned very good. I’m not sure If I won’t use them again.
Less liquid quick drying cleans well
