I felt that you were overpriced, especially since we were expected to move all our furniture ourselves.
Thank you for letting us know how you feel we can improve. It's true that we are not the cheapest cleaner in the valley, and that we do try to save you money by having you move your own furniture. Unfortunately, we do have to charge for the time we are working in your home, and things like moving furniture and vacuuming are easy ways to help you save money. We are more than happy to help you with those things, but do have to charge for the time it takes to move things, especially if there is lots of items or several big things that need to be moved.
I am sorry you feel that makes us overpriced, if we could do it for free, we would. There are more economical options in the valley, at least in terms of upfront cost, and that may be the better option in the future. We do try to be as up front about the costs or possible costs as possible, so you know what to expect.

Professional service, carpets aren't soaked when cleaning, environmentally friendly, and the technicians have akways been very polite and willing to answer any questions i have had.

The customer service was excellent, as well as the final product. The carpets looked excellent especially considering we have 6 people as well as 4 dogs and 3 cats. I would highly recommend the company especially if they send the tech that came to do ours.
