They do not use chemicals
Jamie, the technician was great. Explained exactly what she would be doing, how to properly let the carpets to continue to dry before putting furniture back etc. Carpets look beautiful now!!

I think your price point is a bit high. The cost to clean the carpets was 2x what I had paid before and the same for the hardwood and they looked and felt similar. At this rate I would only use your cleaning service once a year when I used to have them cleaned 2 times per year.

Carpets feel so soft after cleaning and always look so fresh and clean. Each person who has come to clean my carpets over the years has been very friendly and professional.
Carpet was not clean! We ran our Walmart special...Carpet cleaner over it afterwards which resulted in black water in the tank and noticeably cleaner carpet (I have pictures)

Offer Scotch Guard to better protect the carpet, if the customer asks for it. Our carpet was installed in July 2016 and thanks to not using scotch guard we already have irreversible wear damage to sections of our lovely carpeting. We have used Zeroez services/product the entire period since the installation of the carpet. Disappointing.

I may not be the right one to ask because I have a light beige carpet and Matt did a good job; however, the following day when it dried the two major spots in the livingroom did not come up and the reason why I spent the money right before the holidays was to make the livingroom look nice.
Perhaps I should have a company who uses a chemical cleaner next time, rather than just ionized water. I believe Stanley Steamer pre-spotted areas before cleaning.
We continue to use Zerorez 1-2 times per year because the scheduling is easy, employees are very respectful, and the product works and does not leave weird odors behind.
