Professionalism of service provider
The service was friendly and did a very good job. There were areas where I didn't think the stain would come out and it did.

I like how clean everything is. My carpet doesn't have an odor, in fact no smell at all, just clean. Even the technician you sent us was very clean and so was his equipment he hauled all the way up to the 3rd floor. He is very informative and knowledgeable, plus super nice.

The technicians was very good and did a fantastic job!
Only time will tell but at this point 2 days after cleaning carpets look good. There is one spot of red that did not come out and I don't know what it is. The technician was pleasant and seemed to be knowledgable. I would like to be able to get some of your spot remover. I forgot to ask the technician when he was here.

I think the service is good. I am going to do some price comparisons. I try to wait for a special. I have a small place and I don't necessarily feel I need to pay as much as I do to clean it compared to other size houses.However I am never disappointed in the results
