Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. The product left our carpets nice and clean including the removal of a few stains we couldn’t get out. We will definitely recommend Zerorez to family and friends!

The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The carpets come out so clean and fresh and I love that our cats and dog can walk on it right away!

I wasn't particularly impressed. The technician was great though. It took hours for my carpet to dry.

I recently tried your company for the first time. . Great to work with. From Customer Service to Schedule Appointment to The Team that came and cleaned my Carpets. I was Out of Town Working at the Time of the Cleaning, But the Feedback I received from my Wife, was Great. She said the Team that came to clean were very Professional and did a Great Job in Cleaning of the Carpets. Went the Extra Mile on some tough spots. I will be Definitely using your Company Again and I am going to have your company clean my Mom’s Carpets as well at her house. Thanks Again Zerorez

Matt was kind, helpful and did a very good job. The carpet dried quickly, which is a big plus. The carpets have never felt crusty. Just a great experience working with Zerorez.
Your technician, Matt, did a very through and professional job. Our house is a rental so the carpet has seen better days. Even though it's worn and shows dirt more in traffic areas your process made our carpet look great and smell clean and fresh.
