He came on time. he was very cordial. he explained what he would do. he was very efficient. He answered my questions. I would definitely recommend the service! it did take quite a bit longer to dry than was anticipated.

Had pet urine in my brand new carpets and had you guys out two times spent over $400 and my carpets still smell horrible!
carpets are very soft and dried quickly. the tech was professional and friendly. so happy how lovely our carpets look after the cleaning :)
Felt like carpet did not get totally clean in traffic areas, also we had to clean up entry where the hoses had left water marks.

Prices are high when everything is added together... probably $200 more than the last carpet cleaning I had.
The carpets are left clean and soft. I like that you use fans to partially dry the rooms before you leave.

Blue did a great job cleaning the carpets! He even got some slime out of our carpet in the family room. He was very respectful, explained the process well and was so happy to help give me quotes for the future. We will definitely use Zerorez again!

Zerorez products and service make for very clean carpets, furniture and floors!
The technician did a great job and we are happy with the results. It was just very expensive and it seemed like the technician was always trying to upsell us. There were also some surprises on the invoice ie celling vents were $25 when I was told 'vents' were $18. It did seem like the vents really needed to be cleaned and the carpets look almost new-Hope it was worth it:)
Nick was amazing! He was super professional and worked quickly to assess our needs and to get a huge job done! We have a brand new white carpet that needed some special care and I was worried about it, but the zerorez magic worked! Nick knew which equipment NOT to use on specific fiber needs and left everything better than I had hoped possible! 10/10!
