Technician did a great job!
Excellent job! I've had other carpet cleaners clean our carpets in the past and they didn't even come close to cleaning as well as you did! Very impressed with no "cleaner" odors afterward. My wife said Sebastian was very professional and did a fantastic job, which is obvious with the results! I will highly recommend your serviced to friends and family!

Tech was nice enough. He put the pet spray but I think it was at the very end he sprayed something. He didn’t use much as far as I could tell. Said he would use a black light. Not sure he did. He was in and out in about 40 mins. I thought it was pretty fast considering last time there were two tech who came and it took them 1.5-2 hrs. Just hope he was thorough.

The technician was very polite. I was asked if I wanted the technician to wear his mask. Explained the procedure in the cleaning of my carpet. Answered questions thoroughly in regards to also cleaning heat ducts and also their filter for the furnace.
