Very professional
Technician was very knowledgeable and quick.
This was the first time we'd ever had our carpets professionally cleaned and didn't know what to expect for the process, time commitment, or expected results. Fortunately, we were sent one of ZeroRez best technicians who was knowledgeable, patient and efficient. Blue was excellent, and completed three rooms in just over an hour and a half. We couldn't have been more pleased with the job he did. He also shared information about a whole a range of services also offered by ZeroRez. We hope to have Blue back in approximately 30 days to clean the tile floors in our kitchen and bath. Cheers.
Communication was great - I knew when to expect the tech and everybody showed up on time and was very friendly. Got the job done well and efficiently.

this was a follow up cleaning to take care of a small stain that showed up after the original cleaning. Very pleasant young man and he seems to have taken care of our problem. Appreciate the prompt service and quick follow up. This is the second time they have cleaned our carpets and won't be the last!

I'm sure you don't want to hear from me again, but this is Suzie Last name removed, and you sent a clearer back out on Friday to fix the problem from the first cleaning on the 26th,and he did work on it but now the spot that he came to fix is 5 times bigger and worse than it was after the first cleaning. I will be out of town until Tues, back here around noon then and I really have to get something done with this as it is right in front of my living room, I still have my furniture all pulled out in the middle of the room and have company coming in on Tuesday nights and would be do embarrasses for them to see this mess please get back to me about a tome Tues. to have a service man out. Our carpet is extremely old so we weren't sure how they would clean up. We are very satisfied with how they look. So much better than we had expected. Tech was very professional and explained everything about the cleaning process.
send out more than one fellow so that some of the furniture can be moved, and then replaced... so that all the floor would be clean.
no information given to customer about what the "protector" is how it functions, nor how much it would cost.. it doubled my bill with no forewarning,
