Zerorez employee used a urinal he was told not to use and left it running and flooded the mens restroom and also put a couple of big gouges in our conference room wall.

Our service was beyond wonderful. Ken called 30 minutes out and was in the service window. He explained the Zerorez process, suggested specific additional services and told me my price prior to starting. During the cleaning process there were no chemical smells, like other companies use. After the carpet was cleaned he went over wait time and asked if I had any questions. I was amazed at how little water was left in the carpet and it was completely dry before the 8 hours.

I would HIGHLY recommend Zerorez and they are without a doubt my new go to company for carpet cleaning.

Nick does a wonderful job and is very thorough and explains everything very well.

Zero Rez was timely and efficient and did a nice job cleaning ducts in my house. They also offered a permanent, cleanable air filter that will save money in the long run with filter replacement costs.

Sebastian was amazing. He took the time to explain all the treatments and how each would benefit us now and in the future.

He gave us recommendations on when we should have carpets done again due to some wear and have us helpful tips on how to keep up on maintenance until next cleaning.

We would live to have him again and look forward to more services in the future.

He did a good job, but he did let the dog out the front door when he left and failed to tell us about it. We were very lucky to find her.

The cleaning is phenomenal. I do think, however, that door stops, door jams should be used so that the hoses are not sliding into the home. Also, as I was leaving my home, I noticed that one of my plants were completely ripped out of my garden bed. My plants are dead and need replaced anyway so I’m not too upset about it. Overall, I am very thankful to have someone come into my home and clean my carpet.
