Brock did an amazing job in our home
He listened to us as we explained our situation with our carpet and the desired outcome we were hoping for. He was honest, direct, hard working and was aware of the problems. He cared about the outcome of the service he gave. His performance and outcome was above our expectations.

I was a little disappointed with the tile floors. Thought the grout would look better than it does. Not sure why.
The shower was cleaned and sealed. We had been told before when your shower is sealed, the grout won't change colors when it gets wet. It does so unsure if the previous statement is true or if the sealant wasn't applied properly.
When the carpet on the stairs was being cleaned, the machine fell (I heard it and saw what happened). Employee didn't say anything to me so assumed everything was ok. Forgot about it until a couple days later when I saw the wall had been nicked up by the machine falling. Disappointed nothing was said.
After cleaning, my carpet looked almost brand new. And it's over 8 years old. The technician had a great personality and a vast knowledge on carpet info. He took good care by putting on booties, put protection on cupboard corners and got here within the 30 minutes from when he called. Will be telling friends about how satisfied I was.

Carpets look clean
My husband and I moved into a 20 year old house recently. The carpets looked as though they had never been cleaned before. After zerorez came, they’re looking brand new and no longer have old pet odor.

I really appreciate how I given a price when I schedule my appointment, then after a quick walk through with the technician, then price is verified. I also appreciate how professional and friendly the technicians are. This time Sebastian cleaned our carpets and he was so great at answering my questions and sharing information about my service and my carpet that I didn’t know previously. I’m always surprised at how quickly they work as well.
Upholstery and carpets are very clean and stay clean longer than other companies I have tried.

I was pleased and surprised that you offered to come back to redo the arms of the chairs that didn’t come clean.
I use zeroez when you offer good discounts. The only improvement I would suggest is that if you charge more for large areas, you should charge less for smaller areas (bedrooms without much floor space). I didn’t have a problem this but I’ve had friends complain about companies that do that when they charge per room.
