I had 3 bredrooms and an area rug cleaned. Steve did a great job. I will definately use Zerorez again.
I felt like the carpets were cleaned better than ever, I liked the technician. I do think you should give him more time because I think he felt rushed to get into his next appointment.
I had my chairs cleaned and the arms didn't look as clean as I had hoped.
Other than that, I am always happy with the job zerorz does. The price charged was what was quoted to me. I was offered other services, but no high pressure- which I really like.

Honestly, I felt nickeled and dimed the entire time the technician was here. All I wanted was clean carpet, and apparently it was going to cost me an extra $50 per room for pet odors. One room still needs attention as it still has urine spots. The technician sounded like a used car salesman with his “ok, last offer, fiber protection is now at this price”. I would not recommend to anyone and will use a different company next time.

I've had this technician before & he was just as great as the previous visit.
The carpet cleaning and hardwood cleaning were excellent. Ezekiel did a marvelous job. Recommended your service to a friend. Only one little problem. A couple of stains were left on the concrete in front that I thought would dry and not be visible. I had to clean those couple of spots after the fact.
