Great customer experience. Very profesional and detailed when explaining the services
The technician was very friendly & polite. He explained the process & provided me an itemized invoice sent to my email with a link for payment once the job was completed. There was no pressure to purchase any extras which was great. We are satisfied customers, he did a wonderful job! Our carpets are fresh, clean & fluffy.

I like that they don’t use a bunch of chemicals
The high traffic areas don't really seem to look better at all. And a puppy spot (dog pee) that happened the day before our cleaning and pointed out to the tech who did the job (Jack), is still visible and smells like urine. I really expected some improvement to be evident for the money spent and the time Jack spent on the job, but it sadly feels like a waste of precious funds. Maybe I was holding onto too high expectations considering the age of our carpet. I can send you pictures of the master bedroom high traffic areas if you'd like.

Services are personable, professional and every time I learn something new. The technicians go above and beyond with great attention to detail.
Promptness and professionalism. We had a great technician, friendly and knowledgeable. My only suggestion would be not to try to sell or entice us to purchase additional items. Maybe you could leave a pamphlet, page or small brochure with other items you have for sale.
I can't remember his name but the technician was /is very good at his job. He is very dedicated and his customer service skills are on point. The carpet looks great and dried fast.

Everything came out as expected.
My carpets look amazing, completely worth the time and money. I did also get my shower cleaned and sprayed with an antimicrobial protection spray, probably not worth it.
I love the way my house turned out so the products used to get it that way are great but I think the person who does it makes the difference the most. Sebastian is amazing! So knowledgeable about everything and has such a passion for his work. It's amazing to see someone enjoy what they do such much, be so friendly and informative & have a wealth of knowledge. To maintain a stance like that at any time is admirable but especially during 2020 it deserves to be recognized that you have a valued individual working for your company who truly loves to make people happy and takes a lot of pride in his work. You should consider giving him a raise or a perk or something because customer service like this is hard to come by & he is a gem!

My office carpet has horse sized brown pee spots on it. After talking to your office, you scheduled a visit 7 days later to look at it?
