I have commercial carpet which gets a lot of traffic in my business. The carpet was dirty and showed traffic patterns. After zerorez cleaned the carpet, the traffic patters were still there and the carpet just looked like the very surface was cleaned. I went and bought a carpet cleaner and spent 7 hours Saturday cleaning it again. It looks great now. The zerorez cleaner worked really hard but the carpets didn’t come clean.
Ramon was efficient and did a good job. I don't do Facebook so couldn't rate from site sent.

First time using Zerorez and I don't know why I waited so long! It might not be a cheap as other services but you will get what you pay for! Amazing job and the tech Justin was very friendly and detailed. I will definitely be using them again in the future and recommend everyone to them!

My room still smells like cat urine after having prewashed with another shampooer and let dry and vacuumed with a Kirby. The spots I asked them to focus on don’t seem to have improved at all. The agent was wonderful I just think I have to replace my carpet

Staff was very accommodating to our scheduling needs and were very prompt when arriving. The men used orange furniture and wall corner protectors and did a GREAT job!
I was originally quoted $120-$180 for the living and master and ended up paying $250. Quite a bit more than expected.
