This company is the best carpet cleaning service, by far, in the Treasure Valley. My carpets look amazing every time they work on them. When I moved into my place, the carpets had supposedly been "cleaned" by another company. The stairs had noticeable tracking which the property manager claimed was "wear". After using Zerorez, I found out that there was no wear at all, just subpar cleaning by the other company. I'll use Zerorez every time from now on.

I LOVE Zerorez for several reasons:

1) Since their cleaning process doesn't use chemicals and soaps that leave residue in the carpet, my carpets stay clean MUCH longer.
2) They cheerfully offer a hassle-free recleaning if necessary.
3) The technicians who have cleaned my carpets have all been friendly and professional. They always take the time to let me show them any areas of concern before they begin the cleaning process, and they invite me to inspect the cleaned carpets before they put down the protectant.
4) I have had them clean my furniture, and it always looks great.
5) I have recommended them to other people who were also satisfied with their work.
6) The technicians always ask if I have any questions, and they offer tips for keeping the carpet clean and removing any spills and stains that occur between cleanings.

The technician was very courteous and professional. He called before coming over and confirmed the time with us. He answered our questions with great patience and knowledge.
Before conducting any service, we could confirm the charge and made our decisions without being “forceful” in any kind.
The technician was very careful and took the time to complete the job. He wore mask and shoe cover all the time and was respectful of the house and us. The overall charge was within expectations. No surprise.

Really like the care Zerorez takes in cleaning our carpet removing any and all stains. I have allergies, with Zerorez there is no allergy flare ups.
