Service was about 10-15% more expensive than other companies, but unlike most other places, Standard always comes when scheduled, completes the work quickly and well, communicates clearly about costs and needed repair, and actually backs their work with a one year warranty. I had the same part fail three times each within a year of the repair and Standard covered the second and third repairs for free because it was still covered by their warranty.
I love Standard Heating's customer service, pricing and technicians. We signed up for the scheduled service checks and we couldn't be happier. The prices are fair and whenever I've spoken to anyone at Standard Heating either on the phone or in person, everyone is so nice and professional.
I'm very comfortable having their technicians in my home and I feel that they are very honest and not trying to upsell me products or services that I don't need.
I would highly recommend them!!
