We were very impressed with the quality of service. The repairman that came was very helpful in explaining the problem and fixing everything right away.
You stock my furnace filter. When my A/C quit working you were able to send someone out that morning. Nathan (the technician) was very polite, knowledgeable, andprofessional. He walked me through the process, and corrected the problem.

If you make a mistake on your end and run the incorrect amount thru the Comfort Credit card how about a personable letter explaining the mistake, not a cold threatening letter stating that if I dont pay promptly if will affect my credit score. How about I make 24 equal payments with no interest like the paperwork states instead of one immediate lump payment. Maybe a tech should come out and check my mechanical room and make sure everything was installed properly!
The salespesron that came to my house never sent a quote or returned any of my calls. I took time off work to be home, and it ended up being a complete waste of time. I would never recommend anyone waste their time with your company.

I highly recommend Standard Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone looking for a new Heating and Air Conditioner unit, or the do it your selfer looking for replacement parts. My experience was first class. The parts department located the replacement parts I needed for my 20 year old air conditioner the same day. What I was unable to repair myself, the service technician repaired the next day at very competitive price.

The only improvement I can think of would be if I could get a filter for my humidifier when they come out in the fall to do my annual furnace check-up. Other than that I have no complaints about the service.
Although we were not previously familiar with your company, it was so convenient to schedule furnace and AC checkups through our condo association. The service people were neat, clean, capable and professional, and came when they said they would. We hope you will provide this service again in the coming year.

I feel that Standard should have had the experience to know that a gap in the air conditioner compressor case where the low voltage cables enter the unit should have been caulked closed so that rodents could not enter and destroy the circuit board. I don't think I should have been charged for that part or the service to replace it.
