The tech found the problem with my a/c really fast and fixed it right away. :)
Reliable and quality products at competitive prices.
Service is prompt and communication with customer is good. If any follow up issues, they are dealt with quickly. Installers and service repairmen are very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. They are very polite and very willing to answer questions.
It is more about your customer service than the products offered even though the products are top notch as well. I've been a longtime customer for over twenty years, through 4 houses, 2 furnace/AC replacements and ongoing preventative maintenance. The service technicians are courteous, polite, knowledgeable, communicate information clearly and leave the work area clean. I've told many a co-worker and friends about my experiences with Standard Heating and the key factor is the customer service that is provided.

The service technician (Nathan) was one of the nicest people we've worked with. He was very professional and explained things thoroughly. He answered all of our questions and did not push any products or additional services (which many others do and is very annoying). He really appeared highly competent and fixed our air conditioner quickly which was great since it broke down in the middle of a heat wave.
You guys do a great job with our home, but quite frankly, I'm not apt to discuss this type of service to a friend, as we just don't talk about it.
Very professional service.
I'm disappointed in the cooling capability of the AC and the excessive noise it makes from the basement. In a first visit in June, the tech was able to reduce the noise some, but it still makes more noise than my previous 19-year-old AC. In a second visit in July concerning the lack of cooling (the unit couldn't reduce the living room temp below 77 F, while the upstairs bedroom temp couldn't be brought below 81, which made for hot-night sleeping), the tech suggested I change the air filter. I did so, but this didn't help much. I've sinced closed all the vents in the lower levels of the house to direct more air flow to the upper level. This has helped some in the cooling of the bedroom. I'll most likley look into getting a duct work cleaning to hopefully improve overall air flow. Also I mentioned the noise issue again during the second visit, but nothing was done there.
You're on-time for appointments, and you answer all my questions.

The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The annual service reminder cards are helpful as well.
Mike was very personable, identified the problem and got the part replaced very quickly.

get rid of the after hours phone service. they are clueless and since they cannot help might as well just have a machine that indicates hours and that you will call next business day.
I especially like the service people. They are very professional and informative. Mike, who worked on my air conditioner yesterday, is top notch.
