Every person I have dealt with at Standard has been knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my heating and cooling needs.
All the Standard Heating personnel we dealt with were 10's, and the equipment works well. Unfortunately there was also a well driller involved, and he was a 6. His dithering added a month to the work, and made it necessary for us to go all winter with a sea of mud in the backyard, before we could grade and seed. Standard needs to find a driller who meets their Standard.
The service, AC tune up, was performed about two months ago as part of last fall's furnace tune up. The guy gave me his name which
was a bit unusual and the initials on the receipt were DO. Anyway the guy was prompt at getting here and was a bright cheerful fellow.
I expect the quality of service was good, for I don't know much about air conditioners.
Anyway, he was a pleasure to have in my house. Give him a raise.
The repairman called before he came. He covered his shoes with "booties" to avoid tracking grass into the house, and he was very professional in his behavior.

I have had good response to calls and problems. The servicemen have been very nice and cooperative -- except for one who is no longer with the company, and the incident was several years ago. I feel confident with your service and with the products I have purchased.
During the last two tune-ups, I received a heavy pressure push from the technician to renew my contract. It was extremely uncomfortable and awkard. I had assumed I would renew but both times the technicians were agressive in pressuring me to sign up to the point where I backed away. I would not subject a friend to this type of heavy pressure.
Friendly service man who did informed, but did not "sell" me on any services. I didn't feel any pressure. It was great.

I requested a furnace tuneup but was told the work order said AC so that is what was completed. Although it didn't hurt to hvae my AC tuned up my furnace is more important to me cost wise and now I will need to do that tuneup later in the year.

Honest assessment of issues with my air conditioner. Mark spent time to thoroughly assess and correct the problems. His honesty and care saved me from purchasing a new a/c unit as recommended by another company. We had purchased both a furnace and central air from Standard at our old house. We had also recommended Standard to a couple of people who actually gave you their business. However, after inquiring about an estimate at our new house I would never recommend Standard again. Although is was clearly a large inconvenience for our sales rep. to travel to Forest Lake he never came out and said so much. Instead he was brash, curt, generally condescending to my questions on the phone. In the end, everything worked out wonderfully for us as we got an air conditioning system we love with a great company at roughly half the price Standard quoted on the phone.
Seth did a wonderful job today with a difficult repair. He stayed with the task until the problem was resolved and communicated the status of the job very clearly. He's a gem!
The people working for Standard are very nice and smart as well. It was nice to hear about what is wrong and how to simply fix it.

Quick response, timely service, pleasant
Would like to have some kind of owner's manual so as to know how to best maintain our new Byrant AC. Already some leaves are inside of it, so how to get them out? Also, as it was placed low to the ground, rain splashed mud on the bottom part of it. I was told "just hose it down," but not sure that's the cure all. Overall, a satisfied customer.

Standard was recommended by two co-workers. I was impressed by how professional Summer was with my initial call and it continued through to Mike, the technician who worked on my air conditioner. I've requested Standard to pay me a visit this fall for a furnace check up and hope to have the same experience. I will let you know after that if anything needs to be improved.
