Standard Heating came to do an estimate, along with 3 others, and they were who we went with in the end. We were very happy we did and still have their sign up in our front yard, as a recommendation to others. They were very professional, did everything in 1 day( even moving items that they don't have to do, home owners are suppose to) and cleaning up afterwards so there was no mess. But the best part was the cost and the fact they sent in all the rebate stuff so we didn't have to, getting us back about $300. We would strongly recommend and or refer them to anyone.
Every experience with Standard has been positive, they have very professional personnel. They are communicative and respectful. Our recent experience with furnace replacement was smooth and easy. The team made sure that everything was done properly and explained each step.
Your employees, sales, install, service, administrative, customer service, everyone has been so pleasant. Everyone is responsive, everyone shows up for appointments, I don't get overcharged. It isn't always fun to spend money on necessities but it has been a pleasure dealing with Standard Heating. Thank you!

Very friendly and understanding. There wasn't a clear solution to my issue but the technician still offered advice as if the house was his own.
Chad gave us a thorough explanation of what was going on in our furnace (damage from leaking from a humidifier placed high over the furnace) and what can/should be done.
Whoever I work with from Standard Heating they are respectful and respond to my questions. Standard Heating and Air has been my stand by for over 25 years.
Office staff was reassuring when I called because my new combo boiler water heater wasn’t working. Technician showed me how to check the unit and how to add water if needed. Appreciated the quick response.
I expected a higher level of service. Felt like I was getting conflicting stories--yes, we need an inspection, no you don't, oh yes you do--you call and make the appointment yourself. Then it didn't pass inspection but suddenly it did, when questioned, the response was we'll send someone out to fix the issue.
Also was told the new furnace would have hot water on demand...feels like we are wasting a lot of water waiting for the warm water to areive.

Standard folks have always been happy to answer all my questions, and I always have some. Folks have been able to fix all our issues with AC and boilers (the one exception was for a Samsung mini-split and that's on Samsung) in good time, and everyone there is pleasant to work with.
