the quick service in answering your phones - getting a real person to schedule times. i called in the morning on Monday 7/2, during the heat wave and had someone at my house that afternoon. i was amazed and grateful!! AND, the technician was knowledgeable, fixed the issue quickly and answered my questions patiently. i also feel i am not getting ripped off or told i need a new system when all i need is a repair. Trusting a company to do the right thing is huge! Thank you!

You are pretty good but had a gas leak during our installation and the installer came back to fix it but when we called the dispatcher acted as if was no big deal and you would send someone out in a couple hours.

The on call technician for emergencies (I called 6 times over the past weekend with NO CALL BACK) should at the very least contact people to let them know the information was received and what is happening, even if they will not be able to help.
