We needed someone to give us a same day estimate for a new A/C and furnace and we found a company in Spring Lake Park who did just that.

My home was built in 1958 And this is the second furnace insalled by Stanard. The motor went out with in the 5 year warranty and your serviceman (LUKE) made an extra effort to find a new motor on Friday because he did not have one in his truck. Your service was better than a 10 in fact I was so pleased I had to give Luke a tip. ROGER
Our air conditioner was "fixed" on Tuesday afternoon, after waiting 4 days for the repair. It was cool in our home for 3½ days. We are now, again, sweltering, and the voice on the phone this morning informed me that you no longer do emergency calls on Sunday, so we'll have to wait until tomorrow morning to try to talk someone there into coming out and re-fixing it. This was a $2000+ repair. I'm SO disappointed.

I don't recall the name of the man I had a scheduled appointment with. The night before the appointment, he called and asked if it was ok that we only speak on the phone and he would email me some information and pricing. I have NOT heard back from him at all. This was several weeks ago.
Paul took patience with me to explain what my problem was with the furnace. Very nice person

The representative who came to the house was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I had no idea what was wrong with the air conditioner, nor do I know anyting about air conditioners, but he didn't talk to me like I was an idiot - he explained things in a way that I understood without being condescending.
They came out the same day as I called (which I needed) and quickly realized and fixed the problem. He also said to call back if I saw any recurrance of the problem in the next few days (I have not), which I thought was very nice (less arrogant than a plumber I recently dealt with). I appreciated his frank nature and kind demeanor. Bonus - he was very dog-friendly!
