I wish the technician would include the price of services before doing them. We had a really small issue that was solved with the $99 technician fee; however, he asked if we wanted him to check over the air conditioning unit since he was onsite already. We agreed, but didn't know a 2 minute check with a one valve hookup would incur $72 of services. For that price, we wouldn't have done it, but didn't realize it cost that much.

The installation staff was VERY professional and cleaned up after installing our new unit.

I do not have enough information to say, but I will certainly call you again -

technicians were courteous, timely and professional.

A/C went out in one of these recently 90-100 degree weeks. Obviously, some urgency around a solution. The process of having a tech come to diagnose and then setting up with sales to replace unit too long and fact that even to get the part to repair existing unit took 8 days not ideal. I called another vendor who a) gave us a portable a/c unit while we waited and b) was able to install 2 days after he visited for tech visit. I didn't feel there was a lot urgency nor empathy for the situation from Standard. At this point, not sure there is anything you can do to make it right.

I did not yet get any other estimates but the biggest issue for me was price. You are probably the going rate but I was shocked at how expensive it was going to be.

I called to make an appt and the return call to set an appt time was within 30 minutes. I was impressed and thankful. Then the service person was at our house in less then 2 hours. We had our diagnosis of our air conditioner within 5 minutes and freon in the air conditioner quickly. our home is now a very cool temperature. Service was very efficient.
