Very knowledgeable, friendly service agents. They look for the simplest, cheapest solution first. Consistent. We have had your service people out two or three times and they always tell us the same thing about our older furnace (we have two), though it might all have been the same person. They present reasonable options and don't try to up-price a person. We are fans!

I already recommended you to my neighbor Carla Dahl and she got a new AC from you this week.
I like the service. My AC died on a Friday JUne 9th and you had a new installed on the following Tuesday!!! I had called Sears first and they wouldn't even come to look at it until June 15th. Everyone I dealt with was authentic and caring from on the phone to repairman to Nate salesman and Thor installer and Gwen when I called about my warranty procedure on line.
I was disappointed only in the thermostat you wanted to install. When I got my furnace from Sedgwick in 2007 they installed a state of the art programmable thermostat with the furnace. The installer gave me the thermostat you would have installed but it was not a very good one and was not programmable. It is useless to me. I think it would be fair for you to take it back and compensate the $35 or so dollars it would cost to buy it. I have seen other companies who have ads saying they include a programmable thermostat. I don't understand why you do not.
Other than that I loved the company and as I said my neighbor took my advice and bought an AC from you. I did forget to complain to her about the thermostat thing.

I appreciated how quickly you came out to address my primary problem (A/C unit not working). I was disappointed, however, that there was no follow-up on my other concern, which is that every room in the house gets cool except for my bedroom, which tends to be more than 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house.

The tech who worked on my ac unit was a professional all the way...a good representative for your company. Standard did an intalll about 4years ago. Everything met my expectations
The technicians that have come out to my house this winter/summer have been excellent. My only complaint is that someone forgot to put my A/C check and tune-up in the books so that I had to call when I hadn't heard anything from you until June. I know people make mistakes and forget things, but it would have been nice if you accomodated my schedule more at that point instead of waiting until there was a technician in the neighborhood.
I thought the repair man was very professional. Even with my 2 german shepard constantly barking at him everytime he went in and out of the house, he handled it extremly well. He was very friendly and I felt comfortable having him in my house.

Nathan, the service person was VERY professional and likeable.
A couple of years ago my furnace died in the dead of winter and I just picked Standard out of the Yellow Pages. They arrived quickly, fixed my furnace, since then I have used them for both heating and air conditioning. Great, great service. I highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
