We are very happy with our new ac and furnance. People have commented how cool the inside of house is. The team that put in the furnance and ac were wonderful.

The guy that came to our house was very professional and friendly. Since its summer time we have yet to use the humidifier that was installed. As winter approaches I will definitely let you know my feedback on this.

Fast and efficient service. Technicians take the time to really listen to the customer and that is appreciated because although the techs know their business, the customer knows their home and how their furnace has been running/not running.

The associate I first contacted to ask about a brand new furnace and air conditioning unit was wonderful. She was friendly, informed and made us feel excited and eager to meet with an installer. The installer, on the other-hand, did everything to destroy the sale and our resulting distaste for Standard Heating and Air. He reiterated several times that he was VERY busy and was handling only emergency calls for weeks due to the unusual excessive heat. He suggested that I was a fool for not thinking of our heating and airconditioning needs in February or March when it was better for HIM. He kept on with this attitude until I suggested that perhaps he was way too busy for our business and to my astonishment he responded "yes, that was right". Unreal. I did call the main office back to let them know what transpired with this particular installer. She spoke to a manager and tried to set us up with another installer....a "better" one. Initially I agreed since it wasn't her fault that he acted like such an abrasive idiot....but, the truth was, the damage had already been done. We went with Aspen Air. They were friendly, never shared with us their personal whoa's about the stress of their job. We felt like we were valued and because of their attendance throughout the process, we chose them to do the job. We have a large home, over 4,000. sq ft. The units we purchased were sizable and top of the line. Rotten service on your end equaled a rather large sale lost. what I would suggest to do to make things better is to impart upon all employees, from the first phone contact through the main installer, the importance of respect for customers, a personal reserve for their own job related stresses (who doesn't have job stress these days?) and a sense of pride in their company and their work.....and most importantly, something as obvious as refraining from insulting the potential customer is a must! We specifically asked about service and were told that your company provided 24 hour service. We were unaware that there would not be 24 hour service for air conditioning issues. Our previous air conditioning unit had just been serviced (an after hours call was required)and we were told it was in need of replacement. The service person fixed it and we started looking for a new unit. That was the reason we purchased a new system, so 24 hour service was our main priority. We were told by the sales person that you did provide 24 hour service so we felt satisfied. Unfortunately she did not say service would only be covered during the heating season. We probably would not have purchased with your company if we had known that air conditioning service was not covered 24 hours a day.
You sell a good product and you keep your appointments. Many contractors do not.
You did not disappoint. I cannot think of anyone that is looking for a new furance or needing furance/AC attention.
Your employees are helpful with providing information and honest in what they say and do.
